Whatever kind of music you prefer, Live Nation’s concert series has something for everyone. And the only thing better than seeing one of your favorite bands in a cool city is doing it for free!
Hilton and Live Nation have teamed up to make that dream a reality for one lucky winner! And the best part - no purchase necessary! You have nothing to lose!
One winner and a guest will be able to select which Live Nation concert they want to attend - anywhere in the world! - and will receive an epic trip! This includes two round-trip Coach tickets from a major city near the winner’s home to a major city near the concert venue, two nights in a standard Hilton room, two tickets to the concert and a $200 pre-paid cash card for spending money. Any additional charges at the hotel, such as room service, are not included but the pre-paid card can be used to cover them.
Any resident of the United States and the District of Columbia can apply. Eligible applicants must be 19 years old in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi and 18 in all other states. Employees, and their family members, of Hilton, Live Nation and The Marketing Arm are not eligible to apply.
The sweepstakes period is through August 31, 2016. You must be a HHonors member to participate. It’s free to sign up if you haven’t already. You can enter up to five times (regardless of the method) and can do so in two different ways: through stays with Hilton or through the mail.
Entering by Staying with Hilton:
Each paid night stay with Hilton during the sweepstakes period will earn you an entry, up to the maximum of five. Simply go to the sweepstakes website, fill out the entry form completely, follow the prompts to Hilton.com and book your stay during the sweepstakes period (through August 31, 2016). You will receive one entry per night.
Entering by Mail:
Print your full name, phone number, email address and mailing address on a 3” x 5” card, make a copy of your HHonors card and put both in a stamped envelope addressed to: The Marketing Arm Inc., Attention “Hilton World Tour Sweepstakes”, PO Box 131740, Dallas, TX 75313.
Each entry must be mailed separately and must be postmarked by August 31 and received by September 8, 2016.
Keep in mind, no is purchase necessary when you enter by mail. And you can only enter five times but you can mix-and-match your methods. So if you are only staying two nights with Hilton during the sweepstakes period, you can mail in three separate entries to maximize your chances of winning!
The Winner:
The winner will be selected around September 9, 2016. The winner will be contacted by phone and no voicemail or message will be left so keep your phone on and nearby that week! If contact is not made another winner will be randomly chosen.
Terms and conditions? Sure there are. Here are the important ones:
Tickets to a particular concert are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Airline, hotel and concert seat location are all up to the discretion of Live Nation. If your desired concert is within 200 miles of your residence, ground transportation may be selected in lieu of air travel.
The winner will travel before the day of the selected concert and return the day after. And the concert must be selected at least 30 days prior to the date of the show. All travel must be complete by December 31, 2016.
If the value of the prize ends up being more than $600 (estimated value is $4,550), this will be considered part of the winner’s annual income. Taxes will apply and an IRS Form 1099 will be issued.
