This special only includes coach travel originating in North America including Hawaii. There are no special non-peak fares for first or business class. And the discount may only be available for certain routes and days.
You have to fly US Airways and not one of their partners to get the mileage discount. Please note US Airways does not allow one-way awards and all of their direct flights to Europe originate in Philadelphia or Charlotte, but if you fly from another city in North America, US airways will connect you through one of those cities for the same number of miles.
While US Airways has fewer European destinations in the winter due to changes in the seasonal routes, you will likely benefit from discounted hotels and attractions as well in these great cities:
