Once registered, stays booked through Starwood with at least one eligible paid night between July 30 and August 30, 2015 will count toward this offer. Free Night Awards and Cash & Points Award nights are not eligible for this offer. The bonus Starpoints will be credited to the member's account within two to four weeks after the second stay.
This promotion is Starwood’s way of highlighting the additional card benefits that begin August 11, 2015. The annual fee will also increase from $65 to $95 at the same time.

It’s nice to have a few additional card benefits. It would have been nicer if the benefits were optional - allowing an opportunity to forgo the additional benefits and stay at a $65 annual fee each year. But for those who travel internationally, enjoy premium Wi-Fi during their Starwood stays and Free Boingo access all over the world, you may reap much more in benefits than the $30 additional membership fee.
