While we all know Marriott’s perks and promotions are wonderful, we always suggest you review all of the rates at your desired hotel because a more competitive rate than the promotional rate you have targeted could be available and we want to make sure you don’t miss it!
Marriott.com will typically show most rates once you pick a hotel on their online booking tool. Simply chick on the boxes to choose “Room Packages” or “Marriott Reward Offers” for your desired hotel to see the special rates.
If you want to use AAA, the Senior Discount or any special rate or corporate code, you must check that box under “Special Rates and Awards” to the right to see those rates.
“Marriott Reward Rates”, when they have them, are usually very competitive. AAA rates and Senior Discount rates both typically allow the same cancel policy as the easy cancellation rates, so you have flexibility at rates that are usually 10-20% lower than the regular booking rates.
One additional step we suggest is to access the actual website of the hotel you have chosen and click on the “Deals" and/or "Promotions” tab to make sure you haven’t missed a lucrative special that meets your needs.
