Some of the tasks are as easy as updating your preferences or downloading the IHG mobile app. Most are based on eligible stays or nights. And we’ve even seen a few tied to applying for or using the IHG credit card. Once you complete all of your assigned tasks, there is a large Achievement Bonus (most are about 25,000 points)!

A stay is defined as one night or consecutive nights at the same hotel, regardless of the number of check-ins and check-outs, and to be eligible you must pay a qualifying rate, which includes most IHG business and leisure rates.
Non-qualifying room rates or stays include the following: net wholesale individual and group rates, certain package rates, special discounted rates, IHG Reward Nights or other free nights, and most rates booked through third party web sites (e.g. Hotels.com, Travelocity.com, Hotwire.com, etc.).
Only one room per member per stay will earn the bonus.
