What You Need to Know About Hyatt’s Scheduled Website Maintenance December 15 Through 18, 2015!

If you have a need to book an award, upgrade or perform any action other than booking a paid stay this month, we suggest you do it before Hyatt’s planned website maintenance December 15 through 18.
According the Hyatt this is what you will be able to do between December 15 and 18:
Earn points and stay/night credit toward tier status for all eligible stays
Earn points for eligible dining and spa services
Book paid reservations
And this is what you will be unable to do between December 15 and 18:
Access your account information, including point balance and promotional awards, either online or by calling Hyatt in your region
Redeem new promotional awards or points for free nights, room upgrades or miles
Purchase or combine points
And any account activity accrued with Hyatt after December 12 will not be reflected in your account until the week of December 28, 2015.
The Wrap-Up:
Hyatt.com will be down for maintenance between December 15 and 18. While you can book paid stays, you will be unable to book award stays or upgrades, so if you’re planning an upcoming trip using your points or awards, book them today (or at least before December 15)!
