A non-refundable credit card deposit equal to the rate for the 1st night is required at the time of booking and no refunds will be issued. So make sure your plans are firm before booking this rate! Your reservation cannot be changed or cancelled without losing the 1st night deposit!
You must book this rate at least seven days prior to arrival.
You will not see a rate reduction when you book the hotel. Instead, you will see a charge for each night of your stay. Upon completion of your qualifying stay the complimentary final night will be subtracted from your guest folio at checkout.

Our Advice:
With this promotion we did some spot checking and the rate is competitive with other economical rates offered and yet your free night is subtracted from your bill at the end of your stay making this an excellent promotion!
