Reside in Seattle? Fly to Great Places and Earn Double Mileage Plan Miles on the Side!

Alaska has been sending out emails inviting Mileage Plan members who reside in Seattle to participate in a double miles promotion. In case you missed the email from Alaska Airlines, go back and search for an email with the title - February statement: Double miles just for you sent from mileage.plan@ifly.alaskaair.com. I received mine on March 11. The only way to sign up for this promotion is through that email or a future email from Alaska, so be on the look out!
If you are able to register, you'll earn double miles when you travel on Alaska Airlines between Seattle and the popular cities listed below any time between April 1 and June 15, 2016! You won’t be eligible to earn the bonus miles until you’re registered, so find that email and register before your first trip! With no limit to the miles you can earn, you can really rack up the miles!

Please note that this offer is not valid on free or award travel, only the actual miles flown will be doubled and double miles will not count towards Mileage Plan Elite status. And, with all Alaska double mile promotions, it could take four to six weeks for the miles to be credited to your Mileage Plan account.
